Parties, days out and celebrations

At Greenwood Days we run a variety of different days/events for people which are available all year round. We’ll be adding pages to describe each over the coming months (please be patient!) but below are some examples. If you are interested in any just drop us an e-mail or telephone and we’ll gie you an idea of the different activities an event might have and an idea of cost.

Ideas:

Birthday parties for adults -these can be as simple as the children’s parties described or longer days running into a BBQ in the evening (wine etc comes out when the sharp tools have been put away!) and even an overnight camp in a yurt!

Stag/hen days – we’ve run plenty but an great example is a spending the day in the wood creating a green Oak bench for the garden. Everybody makes a part, there can be some carving (your choice of words!) with the finished bench presented to the happy couple.

If you just want a few hours then how about willow weaving creating stunning platters that could be used at the reception for serving.

Family days – stuck for something to do during the holidays then bring the family or group of families to the wood for a morning or whole day. We can tailor a programme to suit the age range. Contact us to check availability and price.
